RETURN POLICY

In 8 days (from the date you received the products ), if you find the products you choose are not satisfying you in terms of color or size, it can be returned and replaced under the following condition. You need returen the products in original package (You should charge the shipping fees). The products should be never used (except tryout). When we receive the products, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you.
*.You send the wrong product/color/size. 'The Product is in bad quality.
In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products are not what you ordered or are with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), please contact us and send a picture of the product you received (to prove our mistakes), it can be returned for repair and exchanged. You need return the products in original package.When we receive the products sent back, we will replace it with new ones and reship the right to you immediately.
EXCHANGES
* We will accept exchanges for a different color or size within only 20 days of the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your Order ID and one will help you. If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer.
* Contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
* We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you.
